At Granada Diferente we believe and defend that your privacy is very important and that only you should be able to decide how your information is used. For this reason, we have adapted to the European Personal Data Protection Regulation and we provide you with everything you need to understand it.

What will we use your data for? |
At Granada Diferente we use your personal data:- If you are a customer: to provide our travel agency services, as well as any other services you may request. – If you have contacted us through the web or social networks: to respond to your request. – If you have sent us your Curriculum Vitae: to manage possible personnel selection processes. We also inform you that Granada Diferente will not make automated decisions based on your profile. |
Who will we communicate your data to? |
We have a series of legal obligations that we must comply with regarding your data. Among them, we must provide this data when requested by the tax authorities or the relevant public authorities. In addition, and always with your consent, your data will be transferred to those public or private entities that you indicate to us for the performance of our travel agency services. You should be aware that if you contact our team through any of the profiles on social networks from which Granada Difrente makes available to users, in addition to transferring the data you provide to our entity, you will also be transferring them to the entities responsible for that social network. To know the use and treatment that these entities make of your data, we advise you to carefully read the privacy policies of the social networks that you have active. Similarly, if you are interested in contacting us to participate in a recruitment process that we have active, and your form of contact is through any of the job search portals that can be managed from this entity, please note that in addition to giving us your data to Granada Diferente, you will also have given them previously (at the time of registration), to those job portals in which you have included your professional profile. Where do we obtain your data from? |
We obtain your data when:- You provide them to us when you register as a Client. – You contact us through the web or social networks. – You send us your Curriculum Vitae for possible personnel selection processes. We may also obtain data from publicly available sources. |
What are your rights and how can you exercise them? | You may access, rectify, delete and oppose certain processing operations, as well as exercise your right to limit processing, to portability and not to be subject to an individual decision based solely on automated processing, and you may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. You can of course object at any time to receiving advertising about our products/services. |
How long do we keep your data? |
Granada Diferente will keep your information:- As long as you are a customer: blocking the data when you cease to be a customer and deleting them once any possible legal or extrajudicial actions that may arise have expired. – When you contact us to inform you of the services we provide: until the processing is finished or you do not request the deletion of your data. – When you send us your CV: until the end of the personnel selection process, and if necessary, up to 3 years more. Granada Diferente must also keep certain information based on legal requirements. |
María José Osorio Ceballos complies with the guidelines of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD), as well as the Organic Law on Data Protection and other regulations in force at all times, and ensures the correct use and processing of the user’s personal data. To this end, together with each form for the collection of personal data, in the services that the user may request from maria.granada@gmx.net, it will inform the user, in accordance with the provisions of article 15. 1 of the RGPD, the following: (i) the purposes of the processing; (ii) the categories of personal data concerned; (iii) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data were or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations; (iv) the period for which the personal data will be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period; (v) the existence of the right to request from the controller the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction or objection to the processing of personal data relating to the data subject; (vi) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; (vii) where the personal data have not been obtained from the data subject, any available information on their origin; (viii) the existence of automated decisions, including profiling as referred to in Article 22. 1 and 4 of the GDPR, and, at least in such cases, meaningful information about the logic applied, as well as the significance and expected consequences of such processing for the data subject.
Likewise, María José Osorio Ceballos informs you that it complies with Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and will request your consent to the processing of your e-mail for commercial purposes at all times.
